Fees

As a fee - based firm, we charge fees for financial planning and investment advice (Financial planning includes tax planning, insurance planning, retirement planning and estate planning).
Financial planning services may include consultations and/or written financial plans, which analyze a client's financial situation and makes appropriate recommendations for strategies and methods of implementation of the strategies.
We manage client accounts (on a discretionary basis) for a percentage of the assets under its management. The annual negotiable fee is 2% for amounts up to $500,000, 1% for amounts between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and negotiable above $1,000,000.
The fee is paid quarterly, at the end of each quarter, and the fee is based on the account value on the last day of each quarter. For written financial plans, our fees range from $500 to $2,000, depending on the complexity of a client's financial situation. Half the fee is due in advance, the rest upon presentation of the plan.
The negotiable hourly fee for financial consulting is up to $200 and is paid after the consultations.
We may also help clients select and monitor other money managers (registered in Maryland) on their behalf. When we do so the other money managers pay us a portion of the fees generated by the referred clients, and the annual fee paid will never exceed 1% of the referred assets.
